ProAnswerGhana was founded in May 2017 in a two-room office in Kokomlemle, Accra, with one simple observation: Ghana's small businesses were losing thousands of cedis every month to a problem nobody was solving — missed calls.
A law firm in Ridge couldn't answer after 5pm. A dental clinic in Kumasi lost emergency patients to voicemail. A real estate agency in East Legon would return a call two hours later — only to find the buyer had already viewed a property with a competitor. Meanwhile, international call-answering services quoted prices in dollars that put them out of reach for the average Ghanaian entrepreneur.
We started with three agents and seven clients. Today, nearly nine years later, we answer for more than forty brands across Ghana, Togo and the West African diaspora — from multi-branch law firms to single-owner beauty salons in Madina. The technology has evolved. Our team has grown. But the original promise has not changed: a real Ghanaian human will answer every call, in your company name, with warmth and professionalism, 24 hours a day.
